GIF IT UP is Back!

The 2019 Edition is underway! Its an Open Call via Europeana 

This is a great opportunity to do some historic research through their extensive digital collections, and then, ANIMATE them! Thats right, if you have been following and participating on this website, then you know we take GIFs seriously!

The process is simple:

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

1. Find an inspiring piece of copyright-free / openly licensed material from Europeana Collections, DPLA, Trove, or DigitalNZ.
2. Create an awesome GIF.
3. Submit it for a chance to win great prizes.
4. Share your creation on social media using the hashtag #GIFITUP2019
